About the Founder, Nakeyta Moore

Nakeyta Moore is the founder of ARTLOUDLA, an art advisory and cultural platform creating meaningful connections between BIPOC artists, collectors, brands, and institutions through strategic advisory, cultural experiences, and new age technology.

Over the past decade, Moore has built a career across nearly every layer of the art ecosystem. As an independent curator, advisor, cultural producer, and artist, she has curated exhibitions, advised private collectors, produced public programming, and managed large-scale art fair operations, developing a holistic understanding of the systems that support artists and the communities around them.

Most recently, Moore served as Head of Curatorial Affairs and Collector Relations for BUTTER Fine Art Fair Los Angeles, where she led curatorial strategy, collector engagement, and the successful implementation of Fair Flow, a technology platform she developed to modernize operations for independent art fairs. Drawing on years of firsthand experience, Fair Flow streamlines artist onboarding, inventory management, sales, fulfillment, and event analytics, helping independent art fairs spend less time managing logistics and more time supporting artists and collectors.

Throughout her career, Moore has independently curated exhibitions, advised collectors, and produced cultural experiences that expand access to the arts while creating meaningful opportunities for artists and communities. Her work has been featured by Forbes, the Los Angeles Times, The Observer, LA Weekly, the Los Angeles Sentinel, and USC Annenberg Media, recognizing her contributions to contemporary art, cultural entrepreneurship, and the evolving creative economy.

In addition to her work as a curator and advisor, Moore is also an artist and creative collaborator. She served as a muse for internationally acclaimed sculptor Thomas J. Price as part of his Beyond Measure project with Hauser & Wirth, an experience that deepened her understanding of the artistic process from both the creator's and subject's perspective.

One of Moore's defining strengths is her ability to bridge the worlds of art and finance. As a licensed financial professional partnered with Northwestern Mutual, she approaches collecting through both a cultural and financial lens, helping clients think strategically about legacy, philanthropy, wealth preservation, and the long-term value of investing in artists and cultural assets. She believes thoughtful collecting is not simply about acquiring objects, but about investing in people, preserving history, and shaping the future.

Moore is also the creator of Collector's Corner, an educational collectors’ series designed to make art acquisitions more accessible through conversations around stewardship, legacy, and community. The series reflects her belief that collecting is not simply about ownership, but about participating in the preservation and future of culture.

Today, Moore's work sits at the intersection of art, finance, entrepreneurship, and technology. Through ARTLOUDLA and Fair Flow, she is building new pathways that connect artists, collectors, brands, and independent cultural organizations while strengthening the infrastructure that supports the creative economy. Whether advising a first-time collector, producing an exhibition, developing technology, or speaking on the future of collecting and cultural participation, her work is driven by one central question: How do we expand who gets to participate in shaping the fine art market today and tomorrow?

Fine art is one of humanity's greatest collective investments and every generation has the responsibility to decide how we create, support, collect, and preserve.
